These terms govern your use of the Edel IQ platform and website, operated by Edel Works. By using Edel IQ you agree to them.
Edel IQ is a subscription-based restaurant management platform covering POS, kitchen display, QR ordering, inventory, staff and finance modules.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity by your staff users. Assign roles and permissions carefully and keep passwords confidential.
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other tenants' data, or use Edel IQ for unlawful activity.
Fees, billing cycles and applicable taxes (including GST) are as agreed in your plan. Late or failed payments may lead to suspension of access.
You own the data you enter into Edel IQ. Each restaurant's data is kept separate under tenant-level isolation. See our Privacy Policy.
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance and third-party outages may affect availability.
To the extent permitted by law, Edel Works is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. See our Refund Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the courts of [Your City, State].
