This policy explains what information Edel IQ collects, how we use it and the choices you have.
Account details (name, email, phone, business name), restaurant operational data (orders, menu, inventory, staff, invoices), and basic usage and device data.
To provide and secure the platform, process orders and billing, provide support, improve features and send service notices.
Where guests use QR ordering, their details are processed on behalf of the restaurant, which acts as the data owner. We process it only to deliver the service.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers (such as hosting and payment partners) needed to run Edel IQ, or when required by law.
We use encrypted authentication, role-based access, tenant-level data separation and audit logs. No system is completely risk-free.
Data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period after, unless the law requires otherwise.
We use essential cookies and local storage for sign-in and preferences such as theme and sound settings.
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
