This policy applies to Edel IQ subscription fees.
Fees are billed in advance for the chosen period (monthly or annual) and are generally non-refundable once the period has started.
We may issue a refund for duplicate or incorrect charges, or if a paid service could not be delivered because of a fault on our side.
You can cancel any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period, and no further charges are made.
Onboarding, setup and custom development fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Email hello@edeliq.com with your business name and invoice number within 7 days of the charge. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
